Warriors News: Stephen Curry Looking To Improve On His Defense

By Josh DhaniFounderGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry had a solid season in 2013, leading his team to the second round of the NBA Playoffs and putting up big numbers throughout the year.Curry looks to improve upon that for the upcoming 2013-14 season, as the Warriors have championship aspirations come next June. One thing Curry looks to improve on is his defense. Curry has long been criticized for it, and he looks to prove all his doubters wrong as he makes the next step to being top point guard in the league."No excuses. It’s definitely possible," Curry told Marcus Thompson of the San Jose Mercury News when asked on if it's possible to be dominant on offense and defense. "When I’m in the game, I’m not really thinking, ‘I’m tired. Let me milk it on defense.’ I’ve just got to dig deep. That’s what you prepare in the summer for, to battle through fatigue like that. So I think it is possible. I’m not going to be defensive player of the year. But hopefully I can be top 10 (among point guards) and be able to disrupt some of the best point guards in the world."Many have gone as far as to say to Curry is a liability on defense, but things like that from pundits don't really bother Curry."I don’t really care. I know I can. I know I’m capable of it. I know I’ve shown it. I’m not a liability on the defensive end at all, I don’t think."Curry, in fact, was called an "elite" defender by head coach Mark Jackson not too long ago.If Curry can show his major improvements on the defensive side of the ball this season, there's no question he's a top 3 or 5 point guard in the NBA by season's end, if he's not already. FootBasket.com

A Solution to Golf's Product Rejection

It's about keeping golfers more than attracting new onesFrom the Desk of Barney Adams, Founder and Past CEO of Adams Golf(Dallas, TX) - I need to start with some general comments. There are lots of issues to be addressed in the industry, I'm a huge fan of junior programs, caddies, family friendly courses initiatives, at the local level too numerous to mention. I am zeroing in on one specific aspect of participation because if we ignore that, if we keep doing the same things we've done in the past the prognostication for the future is very unhealthy. I have no illusions about the difficulty involved to bring about this change. Barney Adams"The golf industry should pay very close attention to Barney's ideas," said Tom Fazio, renowned golf course architect.  "The game should be fun, not a struggle."Good business practices teach us to be very focused in our marketing efforts. The golf industry has data that identifies the target market but somehow the message of focused marketing gets lost.   "Come play our magnificent 7200 yard (famous designer) layout."   At 7200 yards you are marketing to maybe 2% of your potential customers. When golfers do arrive they are not allowed to play from 7200 yards but moved forward as if they aren't worthy. So we've accomplished two things: spending advertising dollars ineffectively and creating a negative environment once customers get on property. And here's the odd part: I don't fault the owners/operators for this. They are responding to a culture developed over the years that emphasizes course length not shots into the green. To start let me be clear, you cannot put golf in a defined box. One of the great joys of the game is its inconsistency; you can have two 360 yard par 4 holes that play completely different. Fairway slopes, prevailing winds, types of grass hazards to avoid and I could go on. So analyze in golf terms, the way holes play, not in absolute yardages. No better example exists than the recent U.S. Open at Merion. I loved watching the best players in the world trying to hit short par 4 greens from the rough or, even the fairway, and you know what?   Sometimes they didn't !I use men's data simply because it's more familiar and easier for me to write about; I have women's data as well.Fig 1 shows a classic long par 4, 460 yards, with a trap protecting the right side of the green. This is pretty basic architecture. Data from the PGA Tour's Shotlink system on 35,000 drives shows that Tour players will hit 6 or 7 irons into the green 26% of the time, an 8 iron 36% of the time and 9 irons or wedges 22% of the time. There will be roughly 40 yards between the longest and shortest drives. This is why 7200 yards is no problem for Tour players, who constitute .08% of those who play. Please allow me to emphasize: the .08% are great talents who play a game that is television entertainment. Somehow the folks who are protecting the game get them mixed up with the other 99.92% -us.For amateurs, who cares?! Using data from 1.8 million handicaps, fewer than 10% of players will get home to the aforementioned green in two shots using any club; stick a creek in front of the green, making it a forced carry, and the GIR figure drops to less than 6%.Aha! A poor example, you say, because amateurs don't often play 460 yd par 4 holes. I'll agree, but even under Tee It Forward they will play 405 yard par 4's. From that distance all of the Tour players, if they hit driver or three wood off the tee, will hit 9 iron or wedge into the green on their second shots, in while the number of amateurs getting home in two on a 405-yard par 4 leaps all the way to 24%, and to   15% with that damn creek to carry. That carefully sculpted trap on the right might work better as a grass bunker because even in that at 24%, many are rolling the ball onto the green, not hitting a soft shot to a protected pin. So it isn't about forward tees, it's about where you play approach shots from. On Tour the average iron into a par 4 hole is an 8 iron and that's good enough for me. (I mean my 8 iron, which goes 135 not theirs, which go 164 yards on average) Do you get it; how can I correctly emphasize this ; not one hole but 8 irons or less for most second shots.   Play the same type of shots into the green that the best players in the world do; most golfers play the equivalent of a 12' basket. When I bring up the subject when visiting clubs, I see furtive glances, folks wondering who those "other guys" who don't hit 8 irons are. Yeah, right! Many decades ago I cleaned clubs and it stuck with me that the long irons were seldom used, a thought that ultimately led to the design of a fairway wood. Cleaning clubs today and I'd see used hybrids and relatively clean 6-9 irons!     Install me as Grand Czar and all courses would be required to have  markers measured 135 yards from the green. They could be painted sprinkler heads, small plaques (I will have some official Czar discs available with my likeness), trees like the old 150 bushes. My army of golf police will inspect and certify them. The markers are reminders. It's like having a great Scottish caddy standing in the fairway, "Aye, Laddie play from here.   It's just like the professionals only adjusted for you." He will explain there is a 40 yard spread-plus or minus 20 yards-from the markers and playing within that spread is to play the same shots Tour players do. Over a relatively short period, the question of what tees to play will become evident. The back tees don't disappear; they just get used by the few that really belong there.Originally I had this grand idea of official markers sanctioned by the PGA of America and the USGA. The regional PGA of America staff would verify them as they visited courses. This would allow certified facilities to advertise that they featured the chance to play Tour-type shots into the greens, have fun, and enjoy the game.I even invented a sponsor who would host a three-year amateur event played from the correct distances. I called the event "The Tour Test" as a way of incenting folks to play from the relevant areas. Like a lot of my grand schemes, reality intervened. The USGA and PGA of America have their own programs.Truth is I harbor a dream of a large corporation with ties to golf contacting me about wanting to be associated with an event that so strongly supports amateur golf. Oh Golf Channel and a partner, can you hear me, televised regionals, finals; this would be a game changer. Nope, not looking for work here...just trying to help.I think this concept has a near zero chance of becoming adapted.  Tour golf produces a state of 'television euphoria' and a commentary that the game isn't doing well is not well received.  The PGA of America will continue efforts to bring in new players and there will be some references to 'more fun' and 'playing faster'.  Yes, I see the Jack Nicklaus spot on moving to forward tees.  This is the closest to getting those who have cut back to start playing more but at the  course level this gets interpreted as an application for senior players and is not becoming widely accepted. There are two factors conspicuous by their absence in this article. The first is the issue of slow play; very simply, if golfers learn to play from the correct approach area play will speed up. I realize slow play is a study unto itself, but this movement is definitely on the right side of the equation. The second is cost; I believe in value. Once you get courses playing correctly, you've increased value. The marketplace will determine actual cost far beyond any words by me.As an added thought, turn off the water. Two reasons: it will make the course play faster, and pretty soon you're not going to be able to afford it anyway. Educate the golfing market that soft green fairways are unhealthy; a light tan means a deeper, stronger root structure. There is actually a part 3, discussing this philosophy in relative detail for par 3, 4 and 5 holes and how a Tour Test course can "stretch" to 6400 yards. It includes a list of FAQs assembled over the last two years. I'm happy to share these with those interested, barneyadams9@gmail.com.Media Contact: Mary Beth Lacy - mb@mblacy.comContact: NEOhioGolf@yahoo.com

Beyoncé Brings Out Mr.Carter To Preform Hit Track "Tom Ford" At Her Mrs.Carter Show In Brooklyn.

Beyoncé Brings Out Mr.Carter To Preform Hit Track "Tom Ford" At Her Mrs.Carter Show In Brooklyn. Jay Z pops up for a performance of his song "Tom Ford" at Beyoncé's last Brooklyn show on the Mrs. Carter tour! Welcome back to Musiq Nation. Third Ward Trill has come back out to play, Beyhive! On August 5th Beyoncé wrapped up the first U.S leg of her world tour in Brooklyn at the brand new Barclays Center. It was Queen Bey's 3rd show in New York this week, and her subjects were all wondering: where the heck is our Hov cameo? Low and behold, during her performance of song "Bow Down", Jay Z appeared to preform his new tune off "Magna Carta Holy Grail" called "Tom Ford". Beyoncé in her black and gold jersey dress outfit and animal hat, was grinding through "Bow Down" with her backup dancers when she stopped mid song. The man that makes her Mrs. Carter appeared from the left and took over the stage. At first Beyoncé strutted away from Jay as he came toward her. Bey eventually plopped down on the side of the stage to sit and watch her man do his thang. She grooved in her seat while chilling on the side as he rapped his way through the song, which, by the way features Beyoncé as her hip hop alter ego "Third Ward Trill" on backup vocals. T.W.T. sang along to the "Tom Ford" song and Bey finally got up to end the song next to Jay where they danced together. The couple snuck a hug and a kiss before Jay ran off stage and Beyoncé continued performing her song "Bow Down". It's always a treat to see the Mrs. And Mr. together on stage! I wonder if they'd ever go on tour together? Hmm, just a thought. Check out the clip down below to watch the full performance from Brooklyn's finest

5 Secrets to Enjoying All the Benefits of Money (Without Actually Having Any)

5 Secrets to Enjoying All the Benefits of Money (Without Actually Having Any) After some time on the road,Vanessa Runs realized everything she ever wanted in life was there all along, and none of it came with a price tag.By Vanessa Runs / Source: MindTrip MagazineThis year, my boyfriend and I took the dog, the cat, and walked away from our home and our jobs. We moved into a tiny Rialta RV, relinquished our possessions, and gave up many of our luxuries. In exchange, we opted for a life of endless travel, complete freedom, and all the time in the world to do whatever we wanted. Neither of us had ever lived in an RV before, and we've both worked hard all our lives. We had "normal", 9-to-5 office jobs, and lived for the weekends just like everyone else we knew. We believed that to enjoy some aspects of life, money was required. We didn't have the financial luxury to do what we wanted 100% of the time … but oh, if we ever won that lottery … THEN we could really live! What we've found after some time on the road is that everything we wanted was there all along, and it didn't come with a price tag. Here are the principles we embraced to retire into a wealth we never thought possible.#1: TO BE TWICE AS RICH, HALVE YOUR EXPENSESThe 9-to-5 rat race is a bum deal. It requires you to work yourself thin to afford things that you never have the time to enjoy anyway. You kill yourself to own a big home that you can never spend any time in. Your PTO piles up with vacation time which you never use because work is too demanding. You're too busy climbing the ladder, earning money to afford those vacations which you never take. See the pattern here? You live for the weekends, except by the weekend you're so exhausted that you have limited energy. So you mostly just rest. It's a terrible cycle. It doesn't work this way for everyone, but for us it did. We decided to opt out by drastically cutting our expenses. Giving up the home was a big one. Mortgage was a money suck. So was maintenance, things to fill our home with, and cleaning. I gave up my cell phone and replaced it with a free Skype number. By installing solar panels on the RV (in progress), our electricity expenses will be reduced to a big fat zero. No money spent at RV parks either, since we need no hook-ups. If we don't feel like driving, we can self-support at a remote trailhead with no amenities for weeks at a time. We use free wifi, which we can find on pretty much any corner these days. And when we want to, we disconnect by parking on a mountain trail somewhere, embracing isolation. Our water use is minuscule, as we use creeks and waterfalls to rinse off or hand wash our clothes with biodegradable soap. We have no cable or television, but we like going to the movies! We have one small pot and one small pan, which we use to make food in the RV. Living is simple and extremely cheap. With our family of two adults, one dog and one cat, we can live very comfortably like this on $1,000/month or less. I have a laptop where I do all my writing, and then drop into town for a wifi connection to email things or make a post. I also have a Kindle with over 300 books on it, which I pull out before bed for some good quality reading. I get free Kindle books online on thousands of topics. Since everything interests me, I don't think I'll ever finish all the books I want to read. Without a 9 to 5 job, I can do more writing (potentially more income), more reading (higher quality research for writing), and more living (many more experiences with so much more to write about). Want to be twice as rich? Halve your expenses. You'll be surprised at how little you actually need to feel happy and fulfilled. #2: YOU DON'T HAVE TO OWN SOMETHING TO ENJOY ITThis principle blew my mind. There are so many things we can get for free, or for minimal payment that others work tirelessly to own. Some of them I have already mentioned, like cable, internet access, and e-books. But also other things: Instead of owning a pool, we can park at the ocean for days of free water play.Instead of a gym membership, we can spend weeks playing on endless miles of trails. We also enjoy activities like kayaking, fishing, or scuba diving (to name a few) via rentals, for a fraction of the cost of what it would take to own the gear for these activities. Not to mention that the things we value most – fresh air, travel, and the freedom to enjoy life – don't cost us a cent anyway.#3: LACK OF MONEY BUYS FREEDOMIf you're filthy rich, you can enjoy limitless freedom. But when you're dirt poor, you can actually enjoy pretty much the same freedom. If you happen to be somewhere in the middle, that's when you're tied down. In the middle, you need to work to pay your debts and expenses. You're not rich enough to stop working, and not "poor" enough to give up those expenses and luxuries. You're stuck indefinitely. When you're too poor to afford a lot of the "luxuries" so common in that middle space (say, furniture and lawn care for example), you have complete freedom to spend your time doing whatever you want. Just as if you were rich. You don't have to work as much or at all. You have no one to report to. You can come and go as you wish. No home to maintain. No rooms to clean. You can pick which opportunities and activities you want to be involved in, and actually be picky about it. Your range of choices in life is substantially wider. These days, many people consider a good travel trip a resort vacation, which of course implies money. But I'm convinced the reason we crave resort-type spots is because we're exhausted from working so much that we need a quiet place to rest and unwind. However, when you're working less, you'll be amazed and how much energy you have. Suddenly a resort vacation sounds boring. You want to run. Hike. Move. Swim. Travel. All of which we can do indefinitely, and free of charge. And if you still want to rest, try lying on a beach like a sand bum for … as long as you want. And that's the life we're living now.#4: THERE'S FREE STUFF EVERYWHERESadly, we live in a society where so much is wasted: food, products, energy … the list goes on. Fortunately for RV bums like us, this also means we have an endless supply of free goodies at our fingertips. We can get our hands on anything from food to travel products to personal hygiene products. In this consumerist society, we could easily survive on samples alone. And if that's not possible, we are happy to offer manual labor or personal service in exchange for the goods we need. No currency exchanged. Between the two of us, my boyfriend and I have a wealth of bartering services at our disposal. He has an engineering background and is awesome at all those "boy" things like manual labor and figuring things out without not needing directions. I'm more creative and great at anything related to writing, PR, editing, publishing, promotion, online, etc. This, combined with my journalism background, gives me additional access to limitless products in exchange for reviews or help with promotion. For example, we don't always pay for running gear or races (unless we want to, and we still do when we want to support certain products or events). I get free pet gear for our dog and cat – things like food, leashes, running harness or packs, etc. The most common things I get for free are clothing, running shoes, and sunglasses. These are the three things I regularly have to turn down because I either don't have enough space for them in the RV, I'm not interested in the product, or I don't want to put in the time to write a review. The product benefits extend to my boyfriend as well, and this aspect alone has saved us thousands of dollars. I often joke that my boyfriend and I are the best dressed hobos out there, testing all the latest "stuff". I should also mention that not having a job means I have more time to put lots of miles on all this gear, promote what I like, and produce many more reviews and videos, making the freebies much easier to get. Yet another aspect of freebies we enjoy is sponsorships. Over the years we have been sponsored by SportKilt, INKnBURN, and GORE-TEX. If you're not a writer, these same freebie possibilities are still open to you. One common misconception is that you have to be an elite in order to get sponsorships or freebies. Untrue. All you need is to be noticed, to have some clout. To have a personality or an appearance or a following that makes you stand out from the crowd. Anything at all. You could wear a costume. You could cover yourself in tattoos. You could have a popular blog. In the world we live in now with endless blogs and opportunities to self-publish, it's easier than ever to "be a writer". But keep in mind – you still have to be good in order for people to follow you. You have to offer something. Check out this great post by Jason Robillard to get you started on the road paved with freebies.#5: MOVEMENT, NOT MONEY, BUYS HAPPINESSWe've all heard variations of the saying that "money buys (or doesn't buy) happiness". I don't know too much about that, but I can tell you without a doubt that movement definitely equals true happiness. I have this epiphany every time I'm running on a deserted trail in the middle of the week when everyone else is at work. I am happy when I'm moving. And I don't think it's just me. I can tell you without a doubt that movement definitely equals true happiness. My boyfriend and I can indulge this thirst for movement on a daily basis and sometimes several times a day. The joy we feel in being able to physically move our bodies all day long is unparalleled. I've watched our dog make a transformation as well. In her old life, she stayed at home and waited for us to get home from work. She got long runs on the weekend, and sometimes a shorter run or ball play during the week. We tried to take her out as much as possible, but her outdoor time didn't compare to what it is now. As soon as we put our dog in the RV environment, she transformed. She is more well behaved and, for the first time since I've known her, genuinely tired at the end of the day. She is no longer jealous of the cat (ha!), and she used to be more skittish of other dogs. Now she wants to meet them as her doggie self-esteem has improved too. As soon as we wake up in the morning, Ginger and I step right out on the trail to run or hike. Then it's breakfast. Then more playtime until it's time to go to bed. Yesterday she was prancing through a creek with us, jumping and barking playfully while we all splashed around. Ginger lives a better life now than some humans do. And I believe that this is how all humans are meant to liveThe truth is, we belong outside. Our bodies, our skin, our organs, were built to be outdoors. We belong to the trails and the mud and the streams. Yet these are precisely the things that we have built walls to keep out. We sanitize ourselves against the very things that scrub our souls clean, and then wonder why our bodies are breaking down along with our spirits. Our minds were not created to be satisfied with the repetitive motions of menial jobs. We are not stimulated that way. We are not happy. But here on the trails is where we find ourselves. And the best part is that all of this is free. I could run a new trail every day from now until my dying day and never cover all the great space that this beautiful country has to offer. So much of it we will never see. And yet during the week, we are all alone on this great land. We run and laugh and play and wonder where everyone else is. And then we remember … they're all at work. Vanessa Runs is a trail runner, mountain lover, endurance athlete, and author. In 2012, she quit her job and gave away all her worldly possessions to travel the world. Her first book, The Summit Seeker, hit Amazon's list of Best Sellers and Hot New Releases in the Sports & Outdoors category.Edited by: Lawyer Asad

2shotz Reacts to Beverly Osu's Claims of Being Battered By An Ex-Boy~Friend

Beverly Osu, who we will all agree kinda talks too much in the BBA House, claimed a few days back that she was battered to the extreme by an ex-rapper boyfriend and even pulled up her shirt to show a scar she got from one of his numerous beatings…to prove she wasn’t lying about the abuse. (Women usually don’t lie about being abused. If anything, they try to hide it).She said one time while he was beating her she ran into the bathroom to escape him, but instead of leaving her alone, he broke down the bathroom door and continued beating her. Beverly didn’t mention names…she said rapper boyfriend…and some of us know she once dated 2shotz who is a rapper. She may have been referring to 2shotz or another rapper she dated…I really don’t know but some blogs believed Beverly was referring to 2shotz and called him out. 2shotz has responded to the allegations. Find the statement he posted on Facebook below:William Orioha13 hours ago via MobileIn view of the baseless, unfounded and utterly false representations made against my person being circulated on various blogs and social networks which have prompted a barrage of calls, messages from my fans, friends and family urging me to respond to the allegations levelled against me,i consider it imperative to address these highly derogatory and defamatory allegations being levelled against me.whilst i understand that bigbrother is a game where a vast sum of money is on offer on a winner takes all basis and housemates deploy several antics and tactics to win,i totally reject the ploys of a certain housemate using serious character assassination means which are injurious to my person and hard earned reputation as a musician and a respectable and responsible member of the NIgerian society to evoke sentiments in order to garner votes to succeed in the house.i want to state on record that i have never battered any woman and would never do so.i consider acts of battery and assault against women even against men as barbaric and puerile and as such will never indulge in such acts.I as a person appreciates the importance of women and appreciate their efforts as home builders, mothers and wives and would never raise my hands on a woman contrary to the repulsive and erroneous allegations being levelled against me.I therefore urge all my fans, friends and family to discredit the false reports being circulated against me as they are totally untrue, false and baseless.i want to thank those who inundated me with calls, text messages and facebook messages expressing concern on the false allegations.God bless you all.

Poor Khloe Kardashian: yet ANOTHER woman has claimed she had an affair with Lamar Odom! But HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that not only does Lamar refuse to cheat on his wife, but women only make up allegations because he’s such an easy target!

Lamar Odom Rumors: Not Cheating On Khloe Kardashian, Despite Rumors

Lamar, 33, would never cheat on Khloe, 29, and has remained a faithful and loving husband, a source close to him tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

“Lamar isn’t cheating,” says a source close to him. “He doesn’t have time to do that. I don’t doubt for a second that girls are after him, throwing themselves at him. But come on now, it’s Lamar. Everybody knows who he is and he wouldn’t put himself out there like that. Khloe is the love of his life and he wouldn’t do that to her. She gives him everything he wants and needs.

“These women see Lamar as an easy target,” the source continues. “He’s in the news because he’s in the NBA, and unfortunately a lot of those basketball stars cheat on the regular. But NOT Lamar. Plus, he’s married to a Kardashian.”

Lamar Odom’s Alleged Six-Week Affair

The newest allegation comes from Star, which reports that a woman named Polina Polonsky revealed a six-week rendezvous with Lamar. She also claims that she passed a polygraph test when asked on the issue.

Polina even tells the magazine that Khloe showed up to the room she was sharing with Lamar at the Vagabond Inn on July 13. Polina alleges that Khloe “investigated my loved ones, and she personally tried to attack me. I can't even go home, because I'm scared that something bad will happen. I want my story to be made public."

Now it’s your turn to sound off, HollywoodLifers: do YOU think that Lamar is remaining faithful to Khloe?

Braun's Mistake is Permanent to His Reputation

http://i.i.cbsi.com/cnwk.1d/i/tim/2012/02/24/Ryan_Braun_AP120224144044_620x350.jpgBaseball is a changed game. It's a changed culture. Sure, there are still those that embarrass themselves and disrespect the history of the game by using PEDs, but the game has changed in the sense that players are calling for harsher penalties and the tolerance is at a minimum around the league. Ryan Braun is finding out the hard way and it's assumed that Alex Rodriguez won't be far behind him. It doesn't matter what sport it is, a superstar standing at a podium spilling half-hearted apologies for using PEDs has become the norm for this generation. Braun fit right into that category yesterday as he gave a sad apology, if it could even be called that.Let's rewind the clock to February 2012 when Braun stood at a podium in Arizona and vehemently denied any wrongdoing after it was reported in December 2011 that he was being investigated for elevated levels of testosterone. At the time he was in such denial that he went to great lengths to profess his innocence. "I truly believe in my heart and I would bet my life that this substance never entered my body," he said. Now it's 2013 and Braun was in front of a microphone, but singing a much different tune. "As I have acknowledged in the past, I am not perfect. I realize now that I have made some mistakes. I am willing to accept the consequences for those actions. This situation has taken a toll on me and my entire family, and it has been a distraction to my teammates and the Brewers organization," he said.Hey guys, did you hear that??? Ryan Braun realized he's not perfect! Seriously? What a dumb thing to say. Did he think he was like the second coming of Jesus Christ or something? At any rate, we're all glad he realized he's not perfect. Oh, and he just now realizes that he made some mistakes. So when he was taking those substances he didn't realize it was a mistake? Ryan Braun is no fool and I wish he wouldn't act like he was so naive. He's a smart individual. He's smart enough to lead us on this trail of denial for more than a year and he almost got away with it.Of course, he couldn't get this far without crushing a few people along the way, namely the tester Dino Laurenzi Jr. Oh, and if you're wondering, Braun didn't even mention Laurenzi the other day when he was spewing his lame apologies. We may never know what Braun does in private, but I hope he apologizes to Laurenzi after completely ruining his reputation so that he could avoid a suspension in 2012.Braun had an excuse for everything, a reason for why his name popped up in investigations and he stepped all over those in his path to try and maintain his innocence and reputation. Like I said, he's a smart guy for leading us on this long. However, he had to know this would be the end eventually. He saw the Rafael Palmeiro finger wag, the Mark McGwire silence, the ballad of Floyd Landis and the Oprah interview with Lance Armstrong. He's seen Barry Bonds become the most hated man in baseball and he saw countless others admit and give a half-hearted apologies for taking PEDs. He had to know that eventually the truth would be revealed. But maybe all that lying went to his head and he actually believed it to be truth. Who knows. Here's what we do know: MLB players aren't forgiving him anytime soon and many have called for stiff penalties. Matt Kemp said he should be stripped of the 2011 MVP award and Skip Schumaker said Braun should be suspended for life and that "he makes me sick." There is no tolerance for this sort of thing in the MLB any longer and the commissioner should listen. No game will ever be 100 percent clean, but a stiff penalty to a star like Braun will certainly grab everyone's attention.Ryan Braun is a fraud and he is a cheater. He's not the first and he's not going to be the last. When he returns to the field in 2014 he may still hear the cheers in Milwaukee when he hits a home run, but on the road and among his peers his reputation will never recover from this. It's a mistake with permanent ramifications and it's unfortunate that Braun was the last one to realize that.

LISTEN TO THE MUSIC & WATCH THE SKIES

When the sea life speaks our time, listen, the call has been made and in our skies are hidden from us, via CHEMTRAILS, the 'other' energies in the universe that are enlightened and UNDERSTAND!A 'MIRACLE'.  This is the word used to describe what must happen in the universal mind that appears to be diseased into a percentage where the inevitable, light into dark and then dark into light, it is after all, an energy seeking more energy to understand the simple truth of 'energy'. A nuclear winter is a cleansing, so to speak, the planet can't be exterminated via 'human'.
