On August 5th Beyoncé wrapped up the first U.S leg of her world tour in Brooklyn at the brand new Barclays Center. It was Queen Bey's 3rd show in New York this week, and her subjects were all wondering: where the heck is our Hov cameo? Low and behold, during her performance of song "Bow Down", Jay Z appeared to preform his new tune off "Magna Carta Holy Grail" called "Tom Ford". Beyoncé in her black and gold jersey dress outfit and animal hat, was grinding through "Bow Down" with her backup dancers when she stopped mid song. The man that makes her Mrs. Carter appeared from the left and took over the stage. At first Beyoncé strutted away from Jay as he came toward her. Bey eventually plopped down on the side of the stage to sit and watch her man do his thang. She grooved in her seat while chilling on the side as he rapped his way through the song, which, by the way features Beyoncé as her hip hop alter ego "Third Ward Trill" on backup vocals. T.W.T. sang along to the "Tom Ford" song and Bey finally got up to end the song next to Jay where they danced together. The couple snuck a hug and a kiss before Jay ran off stage and Beyoncé continued performing her song "Bow Down". It's always a treat to see the Mrs. And Mr. together on stage! The Peoples Democratic Party in the South West zone has expressed confidence in the leadership of a former President, Olusegun Obasanjo. The party in the zone also said 0basanjo remained a strong pillar of the PDP in the country.The South-West PDP Caretaker Committee Chairman, Chief Ishola Filani, stated this during a rally on Sunday in Ijebu-Igbo, where an estimated 5,000 members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, the Peoples Party of Nigeria and the Labour Party defected to the PDP in Ogun State.Also at the rally were the Osun PDP Chairman, Alhaji Gani Olaoluwa; his Oyo State counterpart, Yinka Taiwo; Ogun PDP Chairman, Adebayo Dayo, Mr. Buruji Kashamu, Kayode Amusan, Yemi Akinwonmi,Chief Leke Adekoya, Mrs. Abosede Ogunleye and Alhaji Agboola Alausa, among others.According to Filani, the leadership of the PDP in the South West and the state chapters in the zone have implicit confidence in Obasanjo.He added that the former president had made his Yoruba kinsmen proud with his unprecedented achievements both as a former military head of state and as a civilian leader in the country.Filani said, “Obasanjo is the only person, who was Head of State under the military; was twice president as a civilian; and has continued all over the world to look for peace and ensure that governments internationally are in order.“I, on behalf of the six states in the South West PDP, tell the whole world that the PDP in the South West passes a vote of confidence in him.
